What’s on your knitting bucket list? If cutting a steek is on your list, this small coaster project is a great introduction. The Bucket List accessories feature steeks that are stabilized by crocheted stitches and then cut. You can work these pieces by magic loop, on 2 circulars or dpns. It’s *your* bucket list!

Skill Level. Intermediate. You should already know how to knit stranded colorwork in the round (or be adventurous; it’s your homework). You’ll complete your knitting as homework, and then we’ll stabilize the steek and cut it during class.

Supplies you'll need. Worsted weight yarn in 2 contrasting colors: 50 yards MC, 30 yards CC, worsted weight wool yarn (not superwash) for the set. You want sticky yarn for this project. Needles appropriate for your yarn and tension, probably US 7 or 8, either dpns, 2 circulars, magic loop, or a 16” circular if you’d like to knit 2 coasters and cut 2 steeks. Size F crochet hook, tapestry needle, scissors. The Bucket List Coffee Accessories pattern is included in your class fee.

Once registered, you’ll receive an email with a class handout, and Zoom information. Class size is limited to 12, unless otherwise stated.

A full refund will be given when cancelled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled class.  Because class size is limited and instructor fees are committed in advance based on enrollment, refunds will not be issued for cancellations within one week of the scheduled class.
