This class is all about becoming a better knitter, and taking pride in how your hand-knit creations look. And learning those things that aren’t included in a pattern or book, but that expert knitters just know. How to deal with loose edge stitches, weave in ends as you knit across a row, sew a really nice seam, and joining a new yarn or color in the midst or beginning of a row. These are just a few of the tips, tricks and knitter’s secrets that’ll be revealed in this fantastic class.
Supplies you’ll need – Tapestry needle, US 3-4 needles, and completed homework swatches (2). For each swatch, using smooth, light colored sport weight yarn and US 3-4 needles, cast on 20 stitches. Work three rows in garter stitch (knit every row), then knit six rows in stockinette stitch (knit on right side, purl on wrong side). Place work on waste yarn or stitch holder; do not bind off.
