The second year of the ShannaJean end-of-year countdown kit is going to be another amazing community-building and reflection-focused kit of goodies and fun! This year, we're diving into the phases of the moon, utilizing the energies of each phase to give us daily words to reflect on (much like our Gratitude words). These cards will be super usable beyond the month, as well, as they're designed to be used, again, much like last year's Gratitude cards, for reflection and journaling.

Each day in December 2021, you'll open an envelope, and get a professionally-printed Gratitude Card. Most days, another little something will be included: either get a mini skein (10g/45 yds of rainbow’y loveliness) OR something extra; a bag of soothing herbal tea, a tapestry needle perfect for Russian Joins, or a notion you’ll soon not be able to live without. With each day, reflect on how, what, and why you are grateful, all while knitting Shannon Squire’s meditative Amazing Technicolor Dream Cowl. By the end of the month, you'll hopefully greet the new year feeling more connected and calm. And you'll have a gorgeous new cowl to wear or gift!

Each box includes:

A Love Letter, explaining how it works and why ShannaJean created this year's kit

31 envelopes, each containing a gratitude card and a small item; either a mini-skein or other crafting treat

1 full skein and 8 mini skeins of Knitted Wit Fingering

Shannon Squire's Amazing Technicolor Dream Cowl pattern, updated especially for this project

Lots of love, encouragement, and connection

So close out 2021 feeling over the moon, realizing your blessings, and in the words of Hamilton, "how lucky we are to be alive right now . . ."
