Shipping, Returns, Cancellations / Missed Classes

We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) at your cost, and you may select the class of service.  Any duties, taxes, customs charges or other fees are the responsibility of the buyer, are not included in shipping charges, and will be due at the time of order pickup.

Most orders ship the within one day, though orders placed after 2pm on Friday and orders placed on Saturday,  Sunday and Holidays will be shipped the day USPS is open.  We will include your tracking number in an email to your confirming that your order has shipped. Also, please understand that bad weather may delay your shipment.  International orders will ship First Class via USPS, except in the case of larger orders which require Priority Mail shipment.

Yarn which is unused, unwound and in its original packaging may be returned for store credit within 60 days of purchase. Shipping fees are your responsibility, and all shipments must be insured for damage or loss.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on needles, accessories, books or any items other than yarn unless they were damaged in shipment. Please include the damaged merchandise, your original sales receipt, a description of the damage as well as your shipping and email addresses.

Cancellations / Missed Classes
A full refund will be given when cancelled at least 7 days prior to the scheduled class.  Because class size is limited and instructor fees are committed in advance based on enrollment, refunds will not be issued for cancellations within one week of the scheduled class; store credit may be issued for class cancellations within a week of the scheduled class only if your spot is filled by another student. Apologies, but missed classes may not be made up or credited toward future classes / purchases.
