PDXKnitterati

Michele Lee Bernstein (PDXKnitterati) loves designing accessories, especially if they use one or two skeins of very special yarn. She's especially fond of texture (brioche, lace, entrelac, elongated stitches, assigned pooling) and using interesting techniques to make small projects sing. She loves teaching knitters to be the boss of their knitting and does so at local yarn shops in Oregon, fiber festivals including Vogue Knitting Live, and guild retreats. She is also teaching on Zoom, all over the world! Find her on Instagram, Facebook, Ravelry, and X as PDXKnitterati. Michele's website is pdxknitterati.com.

And add author to her resume. In 2021, Michele released her first book - Brioche Knit Love. Pick up a copy and get it personally autographed.  Or buy Brioche Knit Love and have it shipped - we'll be sure to have Michele sign your copy before it gets packed up and sent.

Starfall

Starfall is a bandana cowl featuring a cascade of assigned pooling stars on a stockinette stitch background.
Knitting begins in the round at the neck with a reverse stockinette rolled edge. Simple shaping at the center front creates the look of a triangle shawl, and Old Shale Lace adds a beautiful, scalloped edging.

Starfall is knit with one skein of fingering weight assigned pooling yarn. Choose your favorite color,
and enjoy an adventure in Assigned Pooling!
